Bought a car seen in auto trader great communication in regards to buying the car and we were buying from a distance and a unseen car can be scary Rwd delivered the car to our house about 2 hours away there was confusion regarding keys which ended up having an effect on the battery we phoned rwd and they paid for a new battery to be fitted no problem the car now is perfect no flaws on any body work all up to a high standard we’ve only had a week but very pleased so far

They got my finance sorted, and were following the application all the way through consistantly updating me helping me to collect the car the same day. They stayed open hours beyond their close time in order to let me collect the car, feeding me live updates of my application whilst i was driving down. Could not have asked for a better service. Absolutely fantastic service, no fuss and very straightforward, which makes a change when it comes to buying a car. I saw the vehicle I wanted and left a deposit as I didn't have time to take it for a test drive. The next I went back, paperwork was ready and waiting, and had a good 20-minute test drive. I then needed it delivered, which it was later that day, the night of the Euro 20 semi-finals. Car was delivered an hour or so before the match, giving us both plenty of time to see England win ! Fantastic all round.
