Needed a car during lockdown and unable to leave house . Audi q7 advertised at a good price, responded to my enquiry quickly and offered to deliver car with a full mot on it within 2 days. Car delivered looked good. Rear wiper not working but was told to get fixed and the bill would be paid. True to their word bill was paid. I would recommend buying car from RWD friendly efficient service and honest.

A man of his word!

Our new car was the lowest priced on the market so we decided to make the journey from Glasgow. The owner sent a video, some pictures & gave a true description of the car so we knew exactly what to expect. My only small criticism was there was no mention of marks on the alloys. Overall we had a great experience dealing with the owner plus the car and price were too good to miss so we went ahead with our purchase. Before we travelled down the owner recommended finance options. I paid a deposit which he promised would be refunded if I wasn't happy with the car. I was quoted a price to trade in my vehicle - I suspected he might not honour this so I was pleasantly surprised when he kept his word despite me not having the full service history. At no point did I ever feel pressured into the sale which was a refreshing change from most experiences I've had in the past. I would recommend RWD and would use them again.

Excellent experience

Really friendly service and excellent condition cars. I spend two days looking at vehicles in the area and the one I found in RWD was in the best condition for the price point I was looking at. As a female buyer a lot of other sales people were condosending, or would ignore me and just talk to my male friend. This was not the case here. Hopefully I won't be looking for another vehicle soon, but I would definitely buy from here again.

Spoke on the phone and via WhatsApp before travelling from the North East to buy BMW 335d. Car was prepared to a high standard and was being washed again before I arrived Salesman was polite and knowledgable, the transaction was completed really quickly Good service and decent value.

A very simple transaction and really approachable salesman. Very polite and welcoming and a pleasure to do business with. Very well presented motor vehicle which was in A1 condition when we arrived to view, once we had decided the car was for us, he kindly arranged to have the car cleaned again for us whilst we sorted the paperwork. 👌
