Brought the car they said it has 3 months warranty but problem came up and they said they not going to fix it because its wear and tear when I was at dealership they said it covers everything.

Hi the car was £995 it was a part ex to clear , you needed to change the brake pads , brake pads and tyres will need to be changed on cars every so often , this is wear and tear and after having the car for 3 months unfortunately this is not a warranty issue either way , we told you at the time of purchase , if you want you can call us to discuss and we will explain to you thoroughly

I brought a car from this place and had nothing but trouble. I had problems with my car the day after purchase and got abuse (threatened and sworn at) down the phone and they just hung up on me and refused to pay for repairs and told me the car didn’t have warranty, when it was clearly advertised with warranty (when buying they also verbally told me I had 3 months warranty and that they would pay for any issues)

In the midst of all that’s been going on I’m glad I could rely on these guys to provide me with the car I so urgently needed , after being made redundant I started my new job and needed a car urgently , saw a Passat at a very competitive price, on arrival was in perfect condition and nicely valeted , would definitely recommend Rwd motor group

Messaged about a car they had for sale got a phone call & was going to buy the car they guy said I will call you back in 10 mins. 7 hours later still waiting so guess they didn't want to sell
