Bought a polo gti came with a 12 month mot after less than a month had problems with the car. Took it for an inspection found many faults, spoke to them about it was told to get I fixed and they would come to some arrangement with me. Had the car repaired and for piece of mind re mot'd and failed, tried ringing them about it and got no answer several times on the 2 phone numbers I was given. The mot failure was a big safety issue as it involved the breaking system of the car

Due to the covid situation I was unable to travel but in need of a car ASAP. He was brilliant, did a viewing with me via video call and sent all photos of service history etc over.
