Brilliant set of lads at RWD, the customer service was absolutely impeccable, never been as satisfied with a company as I am with RWD, the process from enquiring about the car to picking the car up was amazing, great car at a great value, would definitely recommend.

I had planned to buy a car from this dealership during lockdown. This is some sort of family business and communication was lacking from the whole business. After agreeing a price for the car, it needed to be delivered. Numerous times I was given excuses about them not being able to deliver the car. At this same time I was trying to sell my own car and had to keep putting this off for the people who wanted to buy mine- as I didn't want to remain carless (which is what would have happened dealing with this dealership). Then something happened with the multimedia system. Eventually the owner said he didn't want to sell me the car anymore as there were just too many problems. A deposit was payed on credit card previously and they were reluctant to even do that. The only good thing to come of this was that they refunded me my deposit, which they should have due to all these problems they created. It caused a lot of stress for myself. This was the worst customer service I have received ever

Hi, we told you there was a multi media issue and also told you which day BMW said it would be ready, You was not willing to wait so we refunded your deposit. Sorry on this occasion you could not rate us highly , I hope you managed to find yourself a new car.. Kind Regards Sam

I drive past this place in OSSETT everyday to and from work and always had my eye on the Range Rover Sport. They always had nice cars and I found one from them advertised on Autotrader. I viewed the car and after negotiation we closed a deal. Smooth and simple transaction. These guys get 5 stars from me.

Arrive at the garage and welcomed in by a great guy who had sorted the car I was interested in, with it being all nicely cleaned. Took the car for a test drive around the area giving me loads of time to get a feel for the car. Very friendly place with great people working there! Highly recommend!
