Quality, from the start to finish, Kamran was excellent, love my Urban defender and hope they enjoyed my X5M. Would defo go back, went the extra mile

I recently purchased a car from RWD Motor Group and I can't praise there service in this matter high enough. From first seeing the car advertised on Autotrader to delivery of the car they were fantastic. I purchased the car unseen and it arrived as described, if not better! The whole process was impeccable and I would recommend them to anyone purchasing a second-hand car.

From the moment I enquired regarding my new car the service I received was second to none! All of my questions were dealt with promptly and thoroughly and Kam was always happy to help with anything I needed. I purchased the car without having seen it or driven it, I trusted Kam's opinion that I would love it, it was delivered to my doorstep to test drive and it lived up to expectations. The after sales service was also exceptional with Kam on hand to advise and assist when needed. Car salesmen unfortunately sometimes have a reputation and I have met a few in my time that live up to that reputation, however Kam restored my faith, providing a friendly, helpful and outstanding level of service! Can't thank Kam & RWD enough for the service provided before, during and after the deal was done!

After a year of looking, found a BMW Z4 3.0SI Coupe for sale on Autotrader late on a Saturday evening. I called RWD and spoke with Kam even though they had closed for the day, who explained the history of them receiving the car etc. I confidently paid the deposit there and then. Upon seeing the car it was in superb condition for a 20 year old classic. Test drive went well, we filled the petrol tank during the test drive as I wanted the car. Kam called the previous owner and I was able to get some extra info and have more piece of mind Drove 125 miles back back home and booked it into a BMW specialist the next day. The garage hadn't seen such a clean car of the era. Very happy with Kam and the excellent service he and his garage provided. Would recommend to anyone

Very knowledgeable guys who made buying a car so easy. Even chatting to the guy who was with me when we took the car for a test drive was extremely helpful. Brilliant, very smooth and fast sale with great communication throughout. We needed the car delivered which again was fast and updated when on route. Easiest process I’ve had when purchasing a car.

Bought a car blind, took a risk but the car was accurately described and I felt comfortable. I paid a very good price for delivery and a very nice guy in a new van delivered it exactly when he said he would. This has been the most painless car purchase I have ever had. Just as reference the last car I bought was from BMW and was a shed, filthy dirty with loads of hidden problems. Thank You Kam.
